Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Twinfold ("the Service"), operated by Helpy Media Inc. ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

2. Service Description

Twinfold is an AI-powered thought leadership platform that helps you create, schedule, and publish content. The Service includes AI twin training, content generation, trend discovery, scheduling, and multi-platform publishing.

3. Subscription Plans and Billing

3.1 Plans

Twinfold offers Free, Pro ($34/month), Business ($79/month), and Agency ($159/month) plans. Plan details and credit allocations are described on our pricing page.

3.2 Credits

Content creation consumes credits according to the published rate (posts: 10 credits, articles: 50 credits, hooks: 5 credits, interview turns: 2 credits). Credits reset monthly on your billing date. Unused credits do not roll over.

3.3 Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method on each billing cycle. You may cancel at any time — access continues until the end of the current billing period.

3.4 Refunds

We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase. Contact us at support@twinfold.app for refund requests.

4. Content Ownership

4.1 Your Content

You own all content you create using the Service, including AI-generated content. Twinfold does not claim ownership of your posts, articles, or other content. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your content as necessary to provide the Service.

4.2 AI Twin Data

You own the training data you provide (interview responses, knowledge uploads). We use this data solely to personalize your AI twin within the Service. We do not use your training data to improve general-purpose AI models.

4.3 Feedback

If you provide feedback or suggestions about the Service, we may use them without obligation to you.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service to generate spam, harassment, or illegal content
Impersonate another person or entity
Attempt to reverse-engineer the Service or extract AI models
Circumvent rate limits, credit systems, or security measures
Use the Service to generate content that violates third-party platform terms
Share account credentials with unauthorized users
Use automated scripts to access the Service outside of the provided API

6. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with third-party platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram, Facebook, Reddit, etc.) for publishing. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective platform's terms of service. We are not responsible for third-party platform actions, including content removal or account restrictions.

7. API and MCP Server

Twinfold provides an API and MCP server for programmatic access. API usage consumes credits at the same rates as the dashboard. API keys are confidential — you are responsible for securing them. We may rate-limit API access to protect service stability.

8. Availability and Support

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We provide support via email at support@twinfold.app.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Twinfold and Helpy Media Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Helpy Media Inc. from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Montreal, Quebec.
